Roseleen's Point of View

As I lay in the hospital bed, head throbbing and brain aching, I heard someone come in. This seemed peculiar seeing as the nurse had already checked me for the last time tonight and was on her way home. I tried to turn my head towards the door, but the movement just increased the pain. As the person began to get closer and closer I saw her. Lilly. Standing in the middle of my hospital room, looking at me. She looked scared, yet brave. Sad,yet eager. Confused, but with enough information to know what's going on.

I on the other hand, didn't have a clue what she was doing here. I just stared at her, silent. Until she broke it by telling me what exactly was happening. She spoke to me of her father, then her mother, and finally of a place called Tiburon; where we were headed. I didn't know whether to be excited about getting out of this rotten town, or apauled that this girl, so young and inexperienced, would sneak out of her house with a plan so amazingly impossible and attempt to break me out of jail. But, I hated this place just as much as she did, maybe even a little more, so I agreed with her, got out of my bed, and embarked on a journey that changed my life drastically.

  1. Very Good! I love how we both wrote about the same thing, but yet they had different ideas in them!

  2. I never really thought about what Rosaleen was feeling in this "Scene". I thing this fully describes everything that was going on at this moment! Love it!
